Coach Report post Posted August 11, 2008 It's my understanding that you get the tag for the app fee, but you have to buy the license from a dealer once you decide to go on the hunt - anyone care to correct me? Tines Report post Posted August 11, 2008 You cant apply without a license # OR the box checked to issue a license. Meaning, you had to have paid for the license when you sent off your check. You can not purchase an over the counter tag or even put in for the draw for ANY big game tag in Arizona without purchasing an AZ hunting license first.
