wapitibob Report post Posted March 4, 2021 The portal is nothing but an app that gives the user a look at their application history, by hooking into the application database, retrieving and formatting your data for viewing, with few exceptions like creating an addl username. It has no affect on any of your application data. It used to work, although slow to update, but it isn't needed to carry out the draw. You applied thru a different web address and changed credit cards thru a 3rd party processor. All it has done is cause frustration for everybody involved. Turn the dang thing off, run the draw, and provide email/telephone results. Just like they've done for years. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
