I always thought of trying a hunt one day Honestly, very mixed feelings by all I've talked to who's prepared and ate it. We roasted one whole while out there and it was pretty good. Some parts were a little stringy but I bet with a little love would make some good pulled pork sandwiches. I made a mess of breakfast sausage so we shall see. Good luck to you in the draw young man!
