FYI, I have no porthole account. I honestly put in last year for elk for my first time in AZ, but had a fraud on my CC about a week before the draw. I had to turn off the card so don't know if I was drawn or not (I also don't know if I was drawn with the card turned off, would I have gotten a point if the card declined the transaction?).
