Did you glass him up, call him in, use hounds, etc.? -Tracy All I did was find an area that was thick and loaded with fresh bear sign. Once you find the fresh sign all you have to do is still hunt through the thick brush. I was in a creek bottlon and I was walking about 10 steps very slowly and then I would stop for a couple of minutes. I continued to do this down throw the creek bottom and I just came across the bear about 50 yards from me. Thats about all their was to it. I believe I could go into unit 29 and still hunt areas with fresh sign and be successful almost every year. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
