CatfishKev Report post Posted February 5, 2021 Looking..... Also, whats the general consensus on Tennessee arms polymer lowers that have the metal ring inside them for the buffer tube? It would be for fairly light use.
Dano562 Report post Posted February 5, 2021 Personally I wouldn't kev. I have seen alot of cracked or blown up polys lately. R u looking for just a lower or looking into poly because of weight?
CatfishKev Report post Posted February 5, 2021 Thanks. The pawn shop here in town has a bunch coming in so i was just curious. I heard poly sucks so i looked them up and saw the brass looking ring and wondered if that makes them better. I do want something that will last.

northAZarcher Report post Posted February 5, 2021 Gun broker... Yes, they are higher priced on many things, but you can still find AR parts that can be somewhat reasonable for today's prices. Might have to search through lots of pages though.

Boarman03 Report post Posted February 6, 2021 Check Layke Tactical on the west side of Phoenix. Don't know if they are still in the game. ABC Rifles, Las Vegas Nevada Delta Team Tactical Orem Utah Primary Arms Don't know about Joe Bob Outfitters Brownells Midway Natchez Cabela's/Bass Pro used to. Bought 35 stripped lowers a couple of years back. Some of the guys there still remember me. They were Anderson's for $39.00 or $49.00 each. I'd have to check my records. Price has changed by now, of course. Palmetto and Rock River are a little different than most OEM spec if I remember correctly. Been two years since I bought any. Sun Devil closed two years ago. Check Pistol Parlor and Area 15 in Mesa. Gander Outdoors is now in Mesa....maybe. AJ Sports may have a lead out in Apache Junction. Good Luck!
