Check with Nancy, anything NG does is free of charge, they get to live in parking garages, floors, all to protect the most criminal of actors.  The NG will pick up your elk and actually drop it off at any process  you choose.  Just shoot the animal, call in GPS #s to 911 ask for a NG BH and to also make room for you to get dropped off at home.
