bearbait Report post Posted August 2, 2008 You can skin it and quarter it and bucher it youself if you want. You just have to check in the skull. At least thats what I had to do 5 years ago. I don't think I needed to have sex organs attached either since deer are identifiable with antlers. There will be sings on the way up to Kaibab around jacobs lake of where the deer check in is. HEADACHE Report post Posted August 3, 2008 Last year during rifle we had to check it in, and they pulled the cheek apart to check for CWD. All they did was shoot a poloroid, and take my hunting license information, took only like ten minutes. I got my bab buck last year processed at Caseys Processing on the North side of Flagstaff. He did a very good/clean job, the meat tastes incredible. his number is 928-526-8348
izgarzas14 Report post Posted August 7, 2008 I was up there last year and my Dad and I pulled out a couple of nice deer if you think a 27 inch spread is nice! All you have to do is pull into the check out station and check the teeth and take a picture. Very simple and takes about 10 mins.
