Basser15 Report post Posted July 30, 2008 Want to throw this out there to keep your eyes and ears open for a used or a good deal on a new .270 rifle. My twin brothers(they are 11 this year) both have a rifle bull hunt this year and I need to figure out what I'm going to do for their rifles. Was thinking that I could try Jordan on my 30.06 with the reduced recoil rounds. He's quite a bit bigger than his brother and think he could handle it. Thinking that a .270 would be just right for Josh, plus I would like to add one to the gun safe anyway. They were pretty good about taking turns carrying during their turkey hunt two seasons ago but this time I would like for them both to carry. Thanks for any help.
