Anyone having trouble logging in to their Portal ?

I know they sent out an email with a temporary password after they just made some changes.   My email was in my junk but then I got logged in and changed my password back and it’s been fine.

I waited for an hour on hold for a 1 minute fix. Not sure how they screwed up but just call and expect to wait.

Had to search my trash folder for my new password, not sure why they felt the need to change it for me.

Did not allow me to use my cox address, had to use another one.

Cox is my email provider also so I guess I will call them. I never received a notification to reset my PW.

Have no idea what the issue was with Dave's email, but it isn't because it's a Cox one. Mine is also Cox with no issue involved with the changeover, and that probably goes for a lot of others in AZ. Maybe it was due to certain characters in it, which was also a problem at first with resetting the PWs.

My email is Cox as well with no issues.  I just need to call and get my son's username and password.  You can't even get a license anymore without the username and password.
