sjvcon Report post Posted January 4, 2021 You might think about a 6.5 WBY RPM. It was designed for a 30-06 length action with a rebated rim to work with non-magnum bolt faces. I have a 30-06 that I was going to do 6.5-06AI with, and decided to possibly do this instead. It is supposedly better than a 6.5-284 and a 6.5 PRC for the old "reach out and touch" ... supposedly.
