Checked the cam no pictures

Recommended Posts

did you ever think that maybe your in that persons "spot" and hes trying to let you know that hey im here also..I have a spot that i hunt deer in year in year out but no one else knows that so when someone like you comes in and puts down some salt and cameras exploring new area they think they own it cause theres a salt lick, even though i have been hunting that area for years... <_< theres too many hunters nowdays to not encounter people hunting the same areas...salt licks and cameras dont imply ownership to areas..you gotta share be lucky you still have your camera. Just my point of view..An area with 18 deer is probably not just your seceret especially 18 different bucks..

as for collection lion pee....i really have no idea nor do i wanna.

Fogger,

Obviously whom ever deleted pictures and threw salt on top of his corn or whatever thinks they have more of a right than he does, you DO NOT touch other people stuff. Its a respect issue if the guy left a note and they worked somethin out or shared scouting secrets and ideas ok, but no thats not what happend. If he thinks he has more of a right then i believe josh has the right to move deeper and do what is in his power to "vacate" his previous location, whatever that may mean. You dont delete peoples stuff to send a message, i know the guy and he wouldnt do that to someone elses camera, probably more likely he'd help em out. Just my honest opinion i know what id do, and somethings will shift where wildlife is constantly hittin ;) like i said shovel and lion pee.

Im not saying anyones more right than the other...But people dont ever turn around and think well maybe ive encroached on someone elses "spot" all they do is complain about what right does he have to move into "my spot"..obviously these two people think that they have ownership to the national forest...and i dont belive on hunting or fishing were someone else is, i like to give people there space and have mine too...ya deleting the pics probably wasnt the best technique and i dont agree with that but at least they didnt rip off the camera..Oh YA YA the lion pee is preety neat i cant wait until PETA gets ahold of that idea and shifts from shooting guns/yelling on bull horns to dumping lion pee in water holes/trails/ or wherever, right in the middle of my archery elk hunt..Seems like a different form of disrupting wildlife...JUST MY OPINION

The issue of being in someone else's "Spot" is a big problem. There are hunters who literally believe their spot, is the entire unit! My experience has been, if you run into the guy, extend a hand of fellowship because you probably have a lot in common and could become really good friends/ hunting partners.

Extend a hand and put a hurting on em!

Anyone who screws with someone elses camera is a punk! No other way to debate it- just a punk.

Now it is possible he has hunted this area before. Did you make the new salt/feed drop or was it already there? Any ethical

hunter/normal human being would not be such an a$$ and do what he did or maybe you did not have your card pushed all

the way in?

I have had other hunters/normal human beings in my cam pics before and never had a problem. Maybe I am just lucky

or just hunt around good outstanding people.
