youngbuck Report post Posted July 23, 2008 As i understand it first and second choices are in the "first round" fallowed by third and fourth. whick means that they look at your first and second choices at the same time. This is how is was explanied to me. With the drawing process anything is possible. I know people who drew rifle bull hunts 4th choice, dec whitey tags third and so on. One guy on here drew his 2nd choice pig tag and there were left over tags for his first choice. I think most of the oddities are caused by checks bouncing and other payment issues but who knows.
