coues7 Report post Posted July 24, 2008 I have found the best thing to do is to fill the application out just like you did in round 1 (which we were unsuccessful in) and put it in the mail on Friday.....then when Monday rolls around and USPS drops the mail at the AZGFD and they start opening them and handing out left-overs your in the heap. youngbuck Report post Posted July 24, 2008 Thats right, mail only as I know it. They wont open envelopes or accept them if they arrive before the date posted. Ive always done the same as coues7, drop it off at the post office friday after pick-up. Any body know if there has been leftover leftovers in recent years. Idahocoueshunter Report post Posted July 30, 2008 Since it is first come first served, what is the time delay in finding out if we drew a leftover permit. scoutm Report post Posted August 12, 2008 I just got off the phone with GF and they said the results of the "Leftover" permits would not be posted on-line or on automated phone system. To find out if you are draw you will have to call GF directly and ask. They said they will not have the information available for a "Few" days. The said Thurday at the earliest.
