I can read the specs, but I'd like to hear from those that have actually used them... are there reasons that I should buy 1 vs the other? fatfootdoc Report post Posted July 17, 2008 I have the 10x 42 els and the 15x 56 slc's, they are both great glass, the selling point for me on the el vs slc in the 10x 42 was weight and I really like the diopter adjustment on the els, you set it click it in and you are good to go unless you pull it out to change it.
