What is the rule on this I could not find in AZGFD site?

Does it have to be your child?

Does adult tag holder specifically have to be present with child?

From what I understand the tagholder must be parent or legal guardian and must accompany the young hunter on the hunt. My uncle tried to give a tag to a nephew and this is what they told him.
