Has anything monstrous ever been taken from 3b?? Seems like with low tags and good land like that, it would have a better reputation. Nobody really talks about it seems like.

Not a monster by any means but the bull in my avatar was shot by me in 3b

scored 359 5/8โ€

Don't know what people consider monstrous but a few years back John McClendon and his auction client got busted for violating the 1/4 mile rule in 3B. I believe the client owned one of the NHL teams, cost him his hunting license for 5 yrs I believe.  The bull might be displayed at the PHX HDQ.

should be a great unit.  15 mile border w 3c, 15 years since the last rifle hunt(archery and ML only).

3b was the leading unit for citizen wildlife complaints for many years until the period 1999-2003 when they raised antlerless permits to an unachievable level.

Any AZ unit can produce outsize bulls.  Great genetics in our state, bulls just need a chance to get old, have decent feed and be somewhat parasite free.
