Anybody know what "Ballistic Mesh" is?  Can it stop bullets?

On a more serious note, I wish one did not have to pay for return shipping if fit was not right.

For what it’s worth, I have a few pair of Merrell’s and their sizing is very consistent with other shoe makers.
