WTB scope

Looking for an "affordable" scope in the 3-15ish range. Preferably a 50mm objective but not a "requirement".

This is for my BIL pos old 30-06 so nothing too fancy.

Anybody upgrading and got a scope laying around that might fit this description?

I have a Steiner TX5i 3-15x50 i’ll give you a steal on. Bought it as a demo model from cameraland around a year ago and have decided to go a different route. I haven’t mounted it but there are ring marks on it from when i purchased it as a demo model.

I'll take a big loss and do $1000 for it. Online it looks like they are anywhere from $1600-$2100 new. I think I paid $1400 for it as a demo a year or so ago.

That one is a bit too rich for my BIL purpose but darn good deal.

 Vortex crossfireI 6-24X50 tall turrets. I sent it to Vortex after I bought it from a guy who said he never mounted it. I put it on a .223 for my Grandson. He’s outgrown it apparently and bought his own Leupold. Lifetime no fault warranty I can text or email pics. 
$200 shipped conus.
