Dadof3 Report post Posted September 1, 2020 So my 11 year old son drew his first hunting tag ever. It is a javelina tag in 17b,19a/b, and 20a. Initially I wasn’t able to get the time off. He was crushed however I am now able to get the time off for the first 3 days of season. Thinking I wasn’t able to go I haven’t done any planning. We live on California and we will have the 2 days prior to scout. Any advice that would help shorten the learning curve and increase our odds for success would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance Russ
AZHunter1 Report post Posted September 3, 2020 Check the Az game and fish website under "where to hunt" and find your hunt units, it will give you a good starting point. I've never hunted those units so I can't really give any input.
