ISO Young Adult / Youth Boots and Clothing

My 13 year old is 5’7” and wears an adult 8/9 shoe. He’s growing like a weed and I really don’t want to spend a fortune on gear that he’s going to outgrow in a few months. 
 

Anybody have anything usable for a November coues Hunt this November?

I’m in Tucson and would prefer to pick up locally.
