jpsciteacher Report post Posted August 14, 2020 My son has shocked me recently and has decided he would like to start hunting and to start off with a turkey hunt. I wanted to see who uses red dot scopes for turkey hunting? He really does well with aiming that way and was hoping for your recommendations or suggestions on if it’s a good method and if so do I need to break bank on one or not. Thanks always. Little Creek Calls Report post Posted August 14, 2020 I switched to a red dot two or three years ago. Haven't missed a turkey since I switched. I use the vortex venom.
PRDATR Report post Posted August 14, 2020 I was going to put one on my Benelli but it isn't drilled and tapped.
Chef Report post Posted August 14, 2020 Which Benelli do you have? I installed the SpeedBead shotgun sight on my SBE2 and it works great! I am right handed and left eye dominant, so this has been a huge success for me.
