COOSEFAN Report post Posted June 30, 2008 Mike, I do not know if you should trust Jim to give you the right lat/long . Last weekend he said he was going to babysit some babies with big fuzzy antlers and he posts pictures of a scaly bass . What's up with that? Doug, I can always find time to go fishin' AND go babysit! ajohunter Report post Posted June 30, 2008 Swarovski has the best customer service of anyplace I know of. I had to replace the rubber eye cups on my 15's a few months ago. I called them on the phone and in 3 days I had 2 new eye cups in hand. No questions asked. Although I do miss the loaner program.
firstcoueswas80 Report post Posted June 30, 2008 I dropped my Zeiss a few years ago.. Broke an eye piece.. I mean the metal pare of the eyepiece. THE NEXT DAY I had a new one for free!
COOSEFAN Report post Posted June 30, 2008 Hey HunterX, thanks for the offer, I'll keep ya posted! That bull in particular scores right now about what he did last year hard horned and our buddy passed up a shot at him on video about 30 minutes before he killed that 415" 8x8! This bull had a broken G5 last year at that time and was a major factor in not killing em'. This bull might not be alive for very much longer Casey, I'm hoping that they will fix them before callin' me.......'cause you can't squeeze blood out of a turnip, so what will they do, break em' again? I'm thinking they are fixing them, but trying not to get my hopes up, they promised I'll have them back by the 9th (didn't say if it would be free or not) and time is running out! Naw.....that couldn't happen, they would call me before doing a repair and get approval.......if they don't then they are willingly taking a chance that they will have to eat the cost.......and that's exactly what would happen! I still have a freakin' $850.00 scope I have to buy.....So, this repair needs to be as cheap as possible!! Fingers are crossed!
