firstcoueswas80 Report post Posted June 23, 2008 Just curious as to what everyone uses on those sometimes long shots on coues? Currently, I use Target Turrets and love them. My coyote gun has Varmint Hunters Reticle from Leupold. My dads 7RUM has B&C and it works rather well. My back up gun(270) and my elk gun (30-06) both have standard duplex so I just have to guess holdover/wind. What works best for you, what are you running on your coues gun? One of these days I'll put that scope on somethin else and maybe get something with some turrets from Kenton Industries. All may other stuff is standard reticle. Oh wait i Have a 17hmr w/ turrets, that thing is something else.
Coues Sniper Report post Posted June 23, 2008 Turrets are the best way to go in my opinion, especially at very long ranges. Get way out there and a pocket PC with Exbal is the ticket
