Boarman03 Report post Posted July 6, 2020 Ok guys, play nice. It is an entire (complete) assembled upper minus charging handle and BCG. Many of us might have called it a " Ruger 556 AR 15 assembled upper less BCG and charging handle". But he was still clear by saying a complete upper less BCG and charging handle. He could have said; "A complete Ruger 556 AR15 less lower, charging handle, and BCG". Are we going back to where we progressed from and once again becoming unforgiving, intolerant classified word Police? You guys are brutal on AR ads.
