AZBIG10 Report post Posted June 30, 2020 29 minutes ago, AverageJoe said: Never thought it would be so easy to fool millions of people. But give the flu a new name and watch everyone lose their mind. All cause people are afraid of the sniffles. Unbelievable! question, anyone actually know anyone that died from this? And if so, was that person otherwise healthy beforehand? Ive heard of one person that died, and he would have died from a stubbed toe he was so unhealthy. I know 2 parents in ICU currently intubated and 4 respiratory therapists that have very grim outlooks all in 20-30 yo range all intubated but hey you're the specialist here The outcome is some lung function os compromised when they are recovering Do you know anyone that has killed a 130 buck?

Would you mind sharing what Q3 in the semiconductor business will look like? How about carpet sales at Joe's taco and tire for the year 2021 you think they will be in the red or no?

AZLance Report post Posted June 30, 2020 Doesn't take much for someone with your IQ to figure that out
ctafoya Report post Posted June 30, 2020 I'll take a stab. Q3 will be up. Everyone is staying home and upgrading phones and computers to stay up to date. Next year it'll be in the chitter. Market over saturation. Carpet sales depend on the election.

knothead Report post Posted June 30, 2020 I have two relatives that are nurses working in two different hospitals here in the valley and dealing with this crisis everyday. They are working their asses off right now. Everyone is correct, when NY was going through this back in March, April and into May the AZ hospitals were very slow and that is why they started doing elective surgeries again because they were losing money. Now the chickens have come home to roost and AZ is going through what NY did a couple months ago. My niece tells me the vast majority of deaths she has witnessed, the people had underlying health issues such as smokers (current & past), drug users, obesity, diabetes and old age. She said people who are or were ever a heavy smoker need to be very careful. I hate to say it but just about all of us are going to get it eventually and it sucks. The best thing we can try and do is lesson the blow. Just be smart and courteous when going out in public. It does not hurt anyone to take precautions to either prevent spreading it or contracting it.
AZBIG10 Report post Posted June 30, 2020 I respect everyone on this forum the truth of this Is it's not going away soon enough. We all have had the flu...sometimes you can still hang drywall and vomit in a bucket and get ur job done but sometimes the flu puts you down for a few days. The main thing bout this one is it spreads similarly to spraying water on a grease fire. It's not the affects of the virus or the death rate it is precisely how quickly it can spread
