greg.shrum Report post Posted May 20, 2020 Looking to have a couple of skulls cleaned. Does anyone have the contact info for the guy who’s son was doing this? Also looking to have a mtn lion shoulder mount done similar to pictures. Any taxidermist recommendations?

rossislider Report post Posted May 20, 2020 That is my son. Thanks guys for posting it up. Feel free to shoot me a message of call/text either number on the page. He has also changed his FAQs and pricing a little for 2019-2020.

CouesFanatic Report post Posted May 20, 2020 Dropped mine off a few days ago to him. He has done a few for me in the past and has done an excellent job. Better than most adults doing this.
sebhunter Report post Posted May 20, 2020 Like others have said Draysen at Great Hunter Skullz does an excellent job. He has done 10+ skulls for me in the past, excellent work every time!
n2horns Report post Posted May 20, 2020 Draysen does it all, i think he will clean your teeth and rebuild your engine all while you wait. He does good work, and have heard nothing but praises.
intohunting Report post Posted May 20, 2020 For your mountain lion, you can't go wrong with Wild Heritage Taxidermy (Young, AZ).

The challenge with a bison skull is getting it down here without it drying out once skinned, or rotting if the hide is left on as they tend to not fit in coolers. It is important everyone knows and understands that a skinned and dried out skull WILL show in the final product. It will still turn out great, but some spots won't be as white as others. I will post some pictures using the bison as an example. THIS GOES FOR ALL ANIMALS.
