ctafoya Report post Posted May 14, 2020 I like how mine tries to cite people for parking on the public streets maintained by the city. Other then that mine is pretty easy to deal with. Put down a lot of concrete and a new wider gate last year. They approved everything within a week. I deviated form their BS approved list of color schemes and they approved that after a few days too. G_E_E Report post Posted May 15, 2020 I moved away from HOAs 4 years ago and will never move back to one. You should have the freedom to do what ever you want with your property. Even if someone in your neighborhood is an idiot and doesn't take care of their yard or parks a extra car on the street.
