cpugsie Report post Posted June 7, 2008 Hey Doug, It depends on where/if I get drawn for rifle or not!! But I will be where ever I scout out the biggest buck I can find pre-season. For archery I will be in a blind under a big juniper where I've seen a couple nice 80-90 inchers.
Hunter X Report post Posted June 9, 2008 It doesn't matter to me as long as I get a tag I'll be happy where ever I am come opening morning.
JLG Report post Posted June 25, 2008 I have been running opening day thru my mind since Javelina in late February. We will be going for an opening morning first 10 minute double. I want to be in place a hour before the sun comes up, glassing into a canyon that always holds deer during Javelina season. I am sure we will see Javelina during deer season. I do love to hunt an area in my mind prior to the real thing, Take Care, JLG.
