Boarman03 Report post Posted March 28, 2020 On Ammoseek, watch shipping and add 8.5 to 9 percent for sales tax. I use 10% as quick check and fine tune if close. Many sites are not getting the city and county portion of sales tax included but are just charging the state sales tax. Therefore you may be charged lower sales tax, like 5.6 percent, instead of the full 8.5 to 10.6. Redman Report post Posted March 28, 2020 you probably know this, but ammo seek doesn't sell the ammo, it links to ammo sellers. like anything shipping charges vary, but I have ordered a bunch and HAVE NOT been charged sales tax, therefor with shipping charges, I paid LESS than locally (and its difficult to find locally). ordering ammo on-line is no different than ordering any other good- I have never heard of a city or county coming after anyone I know for sales tax - to me there is no mess, if I was Trump I would accuse you of sensationalizing buying ammo on-line 😀 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
