They aren't closing down hunting, just all access by non-tribal members across the entire rez. Tribal members can still hunt. If the payday lender is a private business then they can do what they want. Chances are they’ll remain open and reap the benefits. I have driven across it a few times and it is as beautiful as any other remote part of AZ. I have the 2nd hunt so I'm hoping a miracle vaccine drops down upon us before April 11th. As far as getting a refund or at least a tag next year goes I sent in my 2021 spring turkey money back in February. So San Carlos Apache Tribe has $480 of mine already. knothead Report post Posted October 17, 2020 They never did cash my check I sent in for the 2021 spring season but I guess I will be getting a refund for the 2020 that was cancelled. Bitter sweet I suppose. I would rather hunt. I might try New Mexico this year or I just might go a week before the opener and shoot them with my camera here in AZ.
