Lemon juice or vinegar should remove rust (oxide). Also good for cleaning brass before tumbling (soak only for 10 or so minutes, rinse, dry, tumble)

I use lemon juice to remove oxide from all of my tools since I have easy access to quantities, straining the pulp out first of course.

Not only does it work, it's natural and biodegradable. Orange juice is not as strong, but would work slower up to a point.

You can clean that table saw up, fix it if necessary fairly easily (belt, motor, cord, switch are common parts), and start cutting away.
