Shawn Report post Posted March 8, 2020 Looking for a boot for hot weather. A boot that is NOT water proof would be great. Boot that breathes well but is still comfterable on 10 mile bush-waking hikes in the summer. Defiantly not gore tex. Thanks
AZBull Report post Posted March 8, 2020 Salomon. Check them out at REI. I use mine everyday. X Ultra Mid 3 Aero. When it’s over 100° out I don’t think it matters too much. It’s always going to be hot. When it’s not summer time I usually wear my Quest 4D 3 GTX but they are interchangeable most of the time. They claim to be waterproof but I would say they are not made for water crossings at all.
