papajohn Report post Posted March 3, 2020 4 x 8 x 7 tall interior Modular walk in cooler I built for elk this last year. R25 walls ceiling and floor and comes apart in full size units for storage. Set it up in my garage so it could be temporary. 10,000 btu LG ac cooling unit controlled by a coolbot. I set it at 37 and it stays between 35 and 39. Fan stays on all the time for air circulation and the compressor only kicks on 2-3 times each hour for about 10 min. each time. This worked great last fall. Hung elk quarters for 10 days and were really tender! 700.00 OBO Most end up spending over 1000 minimum for this size.
