HuntHarder Report post Posted March 7, 2020 FWIW, I require a bill of sale. It protects the buyer and seller in case some shenanigans happens down the road. After working in the gun industry for years, you learn that guns purchased from a ffl are in fact "registered". Should that gun be used in a crime, ATF will be knocking soon. Having a clear paper trail eliminates a bunch of headaches.
10Turkeys Report post Posted March 7, 2020 In today's market, the question would be how are you listing your guns. Unless you've a low price on your gun, or willing to take a low ball offer, or if you have something that somebody else can't live without, they just don't seem to be moving. At least mine aren't anyway.
