scoutm Report post Posted May 15, 2008 I'm sitting in my office and I see Agua Caliente Peak on fire. Quite surprised by it I search in the paper for some news of it and found nothing. 25-06 Report post Posted May 16, 2008 The smoke is real bad here right now on the east side of town. From what I have seen on the news is they lit the fire on monday with 40+ mph winds and were able to keep under control. This morning they went ahead with another burn. A little smoke now might save you all from a lot of smoke later.... BTW... Toady is National Sawyer Day! I only know that cuz my Boy is one. All the guys on his crew will be carrying as much weight on their backs today as Sawyers do everyday, to honor the Sawyers on his crew. HaHaHaHa! I thought that was funny!
