I spend way too much time on the internet looking for all kinds of things, and sometimes it actually pays off when I review my favorites. Well, they arn't the greatest maps I've ever seen, but hey, they are US topo type maps. And they are free...

i use that libre map site that you listed. i have a big plotter at work that i can plot them on, better than paying 15 bucks for the 7.5' topos!! you can also print them on a 8x11 and they turn out alright too. best of all, FREEEEEEEE
