Hunterdan Report post Posted May 12, 2008 Just got back from our Canada Bear hunt. It was very cold while we were there making the Bear hunting tough. Sitting in the stand for hours each day with a cold wind and spitting snow made for lots of fun!! With it being so cold and the Bears not moving much we did not see many but were all 4 able to take a Bear by the end of the week. Hunterdan Report post Posted May 26, 2008 Thanks Josh. Manitoba is loaded with Bears. I was Hunting with Marv and Betty at Plum Lake Outfitters near Ashurn manitoba. They are Friends of mine and run a very simple down to earth Bear camp with some of the best Bear hunting I have been a part of. This was my third time up there.
