Not a beauty queen, but everything works.

Generator needs a new carb/ electronic choke. Runs great but starts a little rough. I have the carb/choke in hand, just needs installed.

Warm, dry, dual AC, 150 gallon fresh water tank.

I believe 3 of the 6 tires are new, the others should be replaced soon.
