Hunted two years in the unit during the otc late hunt and found some hammers, so when I did draw the rifle tag I had some history of where I found bucks before. What I’ve observed is that during the run the bucks are in the country where the does are lower in the mountain. But during the nov rifle hunt they were another mile in in the thick cover.
