Didn't know the first owner, but the second owner is a friend who bought it when it was a few years old. He put in some new flex water tubes and a metal storage box on the back. Used twice in the last 10 years. Heater, AC, refrigerator. It has a main memory foam bed as well as a fold out table bed and three bunk beds that also work well for gear storage. Asking $5300 obo.
