Hoss50 Report post Posted November 4, 2019 Looks awesome. I might have to try some of those in the 6.5x55s I need to load for. Good luck to her. I am jealous of her luck to draw awesome tags. I hope to get another opportunity up there in the next 10-20years....my luck sucks most of the time.
lancetkenyon Report post Posted November 4, 2019 Mine too Harley. I have never drawn a late tag up there. She has drawn twice....in 7 years....plus an early tag. 1

muledeerarea33? Report post Posted November 4, 2019 If it doesn’t open up like it should and you kill a condor behind the deer, does that mean it’s gonna live? 1

452b264 Report post Posted November 4, 2019 What primers are you using? Steve told me to use magnum primers in my 280 AI with the 145 gr Hammer. I was able to get .4 just by shooting a ladder test, then picking the flat spot and loading up 6 rounds. I didnt get the velocity I was hoping for and will definitely try the standard primer next. Good luck on your hunt!
IA Born Report post Posted November 4, 2019 You make me proud to know you, Lance! Good luck! Thanks for thinking of my condors!!

Zeke-BE Report post Posted November 4, 2019 Good luck on the hunt. Still floored about her luck!!! But combined that hunting draw luck with hard hunting ethics, lots of shooting for practice no wonder why she tags out with very nice bucks. You reap what you sow. Can't wait to hear the stories

CatfishKev Report post Posted November 4, 2019 Man I just saw pics of the deer killed in Duwanes Camp. They were killing late hunt quality deer on the early hunt this year. Some really amazing bucks! Makes me think a good pre rut and hopefully it will be in full swing on the opener. Could be a really awesome time!
