TwoGuns Report post Posted April 16, 2008 Yesterday morning I woke up to the sound of my dogs barking, and looking out in the back yard, my two rottweilers were circling under some trees. During the night they had treed two raccoons and were not happy that the coons had invaded their territory. Maybe Rotts could be made into hunting dogs after all??? I went out and took some cool pics of the mom and baby coon. Pretty cool to se them so close. Anyway, here are the pics I took. And here is a pic of my dog, Boomer, keeping watch under the tree. I saw a couple of coons right near my house, at camino de la tierra and orange grove a few months ago! Saw a couple of FAT ones with "pops" in Mexico. TwoGuns Report post Posted April 17, 2008 seems now that these two coons like to come around every time i turn on the irrigation. might be the crawdads that have been coming out in the water. either way, my dogs go crazy every time they come in the yard.
