Non-Typical Solutions Report post Posted April 15, 2008 I didn't graduate from their CM program but went through their Industrial Arts program, which changed to Industrial Technology program which I don't know what it is now. I went through with Mike Roberts who is running that program these days isn't he. A good bunch of guys there, Mike is a dang good hunter, you will have to tell Grider hi for me. Tell him Mortensen said Hi, he won't remember me but I did enjoy his classes. He seemed to have spent enough time in the work force to be a good instructor and Mike always seemed to keep up with the current stuff real good. 111, are you wanting to actually work construction, do bid work??? I don't know if Curtis Crane is still running Hunts Lumber or if it has survived The Pot or or not......he was always willing to put people to work in contractor sales if you have any of that type of experience. I learned alot in there the few months I worked there while going to school. Vick Westling was running a cabinet shop over there the last time I heard (15 years ago) if you are interested in that kind of stuff. One of the best contractors I ever did cabinets for over there was Rick Newman, Newton Contracting, he is a real stickler, but pays and will keep you busy and is willing to work with upstart hard workers. I have been away from there for alot of years so I really am not all that current on what is cooking up there. Great place for summer construction work though.....good luck.
