Non-Typical Solutions Report post Posted October 3, 2019 One of my boys lives in Kansas City! He has reported of a second elk in the past month getting hit on the freeway there! He says locals claim there are no elk in the area! I wondered if it was a farm elk gone loose! Anybody know anything about elk population in that area?
