Couzer Report post Posted September 23, 2019 I have, not a good experience. Sent in a pair of binos in and $300 later I got them back. Sent them in just to make sure they were good for hunting season and got a bill because of a adjustment on a lens was out. Good luck hope your experience is good. Only took them 3 months though.
