bojangles Report post Posted September 19, 2019 Welp, after reading up on nutrition and health, I’ve discovered how incredibly good for you bone broth is. I’ve been really influenced by dr axe’s book, “eat dirt.” now I feel guilty about all the bones I’ve thrown away over the years. I’ve always considered the meat to be the best part, but now I’m not so sure the bones aren’t better. So this year I decided to make organic bone broth out of my deer bones. We’ll see how it goes. But in any case, waste not, want not.
My Rights As An American Report post Posted September 19, 2019 I have heard there are tons of benefits from this, but not sure it is my cup of tea. I have heard you need to cool it first, strain the heavy fat solids off the top after it cools and then reheat and eat. Good luck!

But it’s my first rodeo with this, so we’ll see how it goes.
