Contact info for the Az Wildlife federation???

Would anyone happen to have contact information for anyone at the AZ wildlife federation? I entered my 2018 bear into the record book last November, and I still haven’t received any kind of notification from them. I know they received my entry, because they cashed my entry fee check almost immediately. I was expecting to get a certificate, or something back in the mail for my entry, but I never did. 

I’ve sent multiple emails, and received no response. I was finally able to contact someone from there on the phone about a month ago, and the guy I spoke with gave me a number to a lady named Kim, (I believe that’s her name). I called her multiple times and left several voicemails, and still no response. I even tried sending them a message on Facebook, but again no response. 

So if anyone has any GOOD contact information, or knows who runs the record book, can you please help put me in touch with them!
