Camo Pattern for Hunting Sheds?

Recommended Posts

I'm guilty of wearing camo while shed hunting, hiking, scouting, riding the ATV, shooting, camping, and almost any other outdoor activity. My camo's are just my outdoor clothes and I don't want to get my carharts tore up in the cat claw and oak brush I guess. Although most of the time I just wear camo pants with a long sleeve white t-shirt.

Casey, I have an old camo 8x10 tarp you could probably cut a hole in for your fat head and use for a shirt.............

That was probably the same people that put on the camo to go to Cabela's, Sportsmen's Warehouse, or any other sporting good store.

I wear my camo shed huntin because thats the only pants I own, plus I see more coyotes out and about when I am shed hunting than any other time, so I bring my AR-15 along and pop em!

And I sneak up on deer and elk etc. . .

And besides its just more fun that way. . . . its like my five year old jumps higher when he has his cape on! :P

This Family was just being a family, maybe small game hunting too?Never the less makeing a big deal out of a simple spring outing, right on! Great to see traditions cary on. Personally half my wardrobe is camo so it's an every day thing. ;) I simply love the outdoors and quite frankly never know when i'll be in the woods, any chance i get! My hunting skills stay sharp, i get close to wildlife whatever they are and just might get a good pic or at least memory. All Americans should wear camo every day! just kidding, but boy would we scare our enemies over seas. Ha!

I am a new member to the website, long time visitor and proud of of this website but today i have to admit I am upset to read this blog! We are hunter and we are supposed to be ethical right? So why are we judging what other people wear when then shed hunt? I was raise old school and to be honest my grandfather and great uncle used to hunt without camo does that make them anyless of a hunter?? heck no they where very successful bowhunters! So guys if they wanna go out in their camo who cares you said u ran into a family shed hunting isn't that what it is all about taking the family out and sharing with other what we all love! So guys really isn't there other things u can blog about instead of judging others????

Like Lark pointed out...I think it's funny when guys go out in full camo to the gun shows.

Then there are those that prefer old wild western wear, Revolution wear, WWII wear, Tactical SWAT wear.

Too funny!

REDBEAR,

Where in QQ do you live?

Just wondering as there is a Jeep with "COUESN" as the license plate and was wondering if that was you.
