Which weapon would you choose?

Split the difference.  Muzzy w/ open sights:)  Longer range than bow, much shorter than rifle.  I use to hunt exclusively w/ my TC Blackdiamond up in Washington, loved every minute of it.  Similar stresses as bow, just get a little more range out of the smoke pole.

I am seriously considering my hawken muzzle loader though.  Just not very confident in its consistency yet though.

I would take a rifle and kill the biggest bull possible. You can archery hunt when you have to in Az but if you have the option take a rifle.

320 is not a small bull

Use a rifle.  You can always set a max limit of 50 yards if you want the experience of getting close.  Unless the tag tells me I have to, I always gun up the best I can.  I’ve killed a pile of stuff with a bow, a muzzleloader, and a rifle and I’m not high and mighty about any of them.  Hunting is hunting and killing is killing.  If you want mode challenge then look for a bigger bull or a closer shot but put the animal down as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What yotebuster said. I used to want to hunt with as primitive of a weapon as I could but in reality, whatever makes a quick kill is my choice.
